Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above 1000 INR, unless there’s an offer explicitly stating free shipping. To reduce packaging and keep our environmental impact lower, we will ship your entire order as one package.Expected normal delivery timelines based on location:
Within Tamilnadu: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the courier to be delivered.
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we are only shipping internationally to United Kingdom. We offer FedEx International Shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total goods in order. To reduce packaging and to keep our environmental impact lower, we will ship your entire order as one package within 2-4 days from the order date.
Expected normal delivery timeline to UK: Please allow 1 week for the courier to be delivered.
AARUTHRA is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.

We at Aaruthra commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care as,
• We DO NOT allow returns on sold products domestically or internationally – online or in retail outlets.
• We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
• Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in retail store.

• We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought or Incase a wrong product is delivered to you, the returns can be initiated within 48 hours after receiving the product. Kindly leave us an email along with images of the product to email@example.com as soon as you receive the product , and we will get back to you shortly. We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Aaruthra is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
